2018
In 2018, Family Parties are very pleased to announce that we have so far raised a total of £3075.47 for local charities.
Easter Half Term (2nd Apr - 13th Apr 2018) - Fundraised £1725.39 for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Coventry.
We pay all money we raise to charities via Just Giving. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/family-parties-zoes-place-2
For 10 days over the Easter Half Term, Family Parties were once again in the Royal Priors in Leamington Spa, with our set up. We have our Super Hero themed Bouncy Castle and Side Slide, and Super Hero themed Soft Play along with Walk n Rides, Scuttle Bugs, Colouring In, and for the adults, our Bean Bags for the first week. In the second week we had our Adult / Children's Disco Bouncy Castle with our Biff Bash Bouncy Castle next to it, our Lego Themed Soft Play, Walk n Rides, Scuttle Bugs, Colouring In, and for the adults, our Bean Bags.
As usual we asked for a suggested donation of £1 per child, with every penny going to Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Coventry.
Just like before, the money will be used to provide respite care, palliative care and end of life care for babies and children aged 0 - 5 years old. For every £25 raised, Zoe's Place Baby Hospice is able to provide one hours care for a child. The £1725.39 we raised and donated will provide 69 hours care. So far this year, we have now paid for 123 hours care for children at Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.
February Half Term (19th Feb - 25th Feb 2018) - Fundraised £1350.08 for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Coventry.

For 7 days during the February Half Term, Family Parties were in the Royal Priors Shopping Centre in Leamington Spa. We had a set up consisting of our Party Time Fun Run, our Farm Themed Soft Play and Ball Pool, various Children's Ride-ons such as Happy Hopperz, Scuttle Bugs and Walk n Rides, our Children's Tables and Chairs with colouring in for the children to do, and our Giant Bean Bags for adults to relax on.
We asked for a suggested donation of £1 per child, with every penny going to Zoe's Place Baby Hospice, and allowed children (and parents) to stay as long as they wished. In addition, and to raise extra money for Zoe's Place, Family Parties raffled a £100 voucher to spend with us.
The money will be used to provide respite care, palliative care and end of life care for babies and children aged 0 - 5 years old. For every £25 raised, Zoe's Place Baby Hospice is able to provide one hours care for a child. The £1350.08 we raised and donated will provide 54 hours care.

For 5 days during the Easter Half Term, Family Parties were in the Royal Priors Shopping Centre in Leamington Spa. We had a set up consisting of our Adult / Children's Disco Bouncy Castle, our Farm Themed Soft Play and Ball Pool, various Children's Ride-ons such as Happy Hopperz and Scuttle Bugs, our Children's Tables and Chairs with colouring in for the children to do, and our Giant Bean Bags for adults to relax on.
On average we had nearly 200 children per day. We asked for a suggested donation of £1 per child, with every penny going to Warwick SCBU, and allowed children (and parents) to stay as long as they wished.
We raised £1136.95 with which we bought a hospital grade folding bed for one of the SCBU bedrooms. We bought the bed as typically Dads can only be on the ward during visiting hours, unless there is a bed for them. By purchasing this bed, there is now the potential for a Dad to stay with Mother and Baby throughout the duration of their stay, 365 days and nights a year.
